The guest speaker was the Honorable Laurence H. Silberman, Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Judge Silberman authored Parker v. D.C., which was upheld in D.C. v. Heller. Judge Silberman spoke on "Heller: Past, Present, & Future." Judge Silberman's speech is HERE.
