Professor Nicholas Johnson is Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law. His law degree is from Harvard. He is the lead author of the first-ever law school textbook on the 2nd Amendment: FIREARMS LAW AND THE SECOND AMENDMENT: CASES AND MATERIALS. He has authored and had published more than a dozen law review articles related to the right to keep and bear arms. His topic at the Scholars Seminar was Firearms and the Black Community: An Assessment of the Modern Orthodoxy, based on his forthcoming paper. | ||||
