Dave HardyDave Hardy is an attorney and author. His law degree is from University of Arizona, and he has practiced law since 1974. He produced and directed the 2006 documentary IN SEARCH OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT. He authored the 1986 book ORIGINS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT: A SOURCEBOOK. He has had 20 law review articles published, and he was cited by the Supreme Court in McDonald v. City of Chicago. Mr. Hardy blogs at armsandthelaw.com. He spoke on “The Relationship Between the 2nd Amendment and the Right to Arms Provisions in Various State Constitutions.”
