| footnote: * It has been reported that Miles had an earlier grandchild, born in about 1977 or 1978, fathered by son Dale. According to Miles' wife, she received a telephone call about then from a woman who said that she had given birth to a son, and that Dale was the father, but that Dale's name would not appear on the baby's birth certificate, and that she would be marrying another man. According to Miles' wife, Dale saw the baby at various times until the baby was about one year old. The child's name is unknown. All that is known is what Miles' wife told their daughter in summer of 2001. |
